Keystone Executive (“Keystone”, “we”) runs this site to explain what we do and to let security leaders start a conversation with us. This notice covers what we collect and how we handle it. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

We collect personal information in two ways, and only what you choose to give us. First, through our enquiry form: your name, work email, organisation, role, and whatever you write in the message field. Second, when you download a free resource (such as the AI Crisis Preparedness Handbook) through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form: the details LinkedIn shares with us with your permission (name, work email, company, job title, country), your answers to any optional questions, and whether you ticked a box asking to hear about our services. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Resource downloads through LinkedIn

When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form for one of our resources, LinkedIn passes your details to us. We use them to give you the resource and to understand who finds it useful. We only send you information about our services, such as the AI Crisis Readiness Review, if you ticked the box asking us to; you can stop those emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or writing to hello@keystoneexecutive.ai. LinkedIn's own privacy policy also applies to the form. We keep download records for up to 24 months, and marketing records until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only a note not to contact you again.

How the form works

Enquiries are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-processing service, which passes your message to our inbox. Your details are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are handled under Formspree’s own privacy terms in addition to this notice.

How we use it

We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to correspond about a possible engagement. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Keystone and its delivery partner Flentas except where we need to in order to reply to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and any engagement that follows. If you would like us to delete your details, email us and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at hello@keystoneexecutive.ai.
